Merry Christmas!

Ang tagal ko nang di nag-uupdate! Y'know I almost forgot my username here...I tried like three times before I got it right. Share ko lang hehehe.
It's almost Christmas, I mean it's literally just 24 hours away, and yet I still don't feel it that much. And I'm so sure that it's not just me. Just take a look outside and you'll know what I mean. There's less lights, less decorations, less festivity. Wala nga kaming Christmas tree here in our house. The only time I felt Christmas-sy was when I was buying gifts (along with ten thousand other people) in the tiangge and they were playing these Christmas songs in the background. Yun lang. Its just that Christmas seems to get more and more gloomy every year. Or is it because I'm just getting older. When I was a kid Christmas was really the thing to look forward to. Christmas meant cold weather ( cause back then every Christmas we'd go to Baguio and have this big family reunion), more playmates (more cousins, to be exact), big gifts (kasi pag toys, syempre naka box yun), basta, it was a lot more fun. And back then, I really knew what Christmas was all about. I knew that it was all about Jesus, and how he was born in this little kubo, with all these horses and donkeys around... and above them was this huge, huge star. Christmas was so ideal back then. Now, I've heard, that in places all over Europe and America, people just say "Happy Holidays", they prefer to say happy holidays because it's more politically correct, more "neutral". The whole thing is so stupid. Hehe. I know I'm getting a bit carried away pero I just don't want to become like them. I don't want to turn into some unbelieving old scrooge. This is no exaggeration, but we all need a miracle!
Anyway...mejo madrama yun hah...hehe just to get it off my chest. We're going to Hong Kong tommorow and none of us is packed yet. Wala pa nga sila dito eh, they're off into some party or something. Speaking of party, we had one (yung class) last wednesday. It was okay but I didn't enjoy it very much. I just liked the eating part hehe. Lalo na yung lechon, yum yum :). I got less gifts ( mejo materialistic ako...), and by the end everyone was sort of bored and itching to go home or somewhere else. Although I want to tell you what happened after our party...let's just say I don't really remember anything about it. hehehe...wink wink hint hint :)
My Christmas List:
5. Converse shoes the blue one with the swirly swirly design. I know di ko to makukuha but whatever...
4. Ballet flats. Yung binigay ko for kris kringle...pinagnanasaan ko pa rin hanggang ngayon. Dapat sa kin yun eh! Kaso nga lang..no money huhuhu...
3. Money! Dami ko bayaran for school...

1. PEACE OF MIND! Peace of mind for myself, for my family, my mom, my relatives, my friends, and for everyone else in the entire world. This is the miracle we all need!
